Our primary focus is to draft and negotiate live event producer agreements, artist performance agreements, streaming agreements, artist publicity agreements, crowd releases, location releases, art exhibitor agreements, hospitality and concession agreements, merchandise agreements, trademark licensing agreements, trademark co-existance agreements, venue operators agreements, commercial lease agreements and modifications, vendor agreements, sponsorship agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and agreements relating to venture capital and private equity transactions, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions and business restructuring.

We also oversee complex commercial litigation and arbitration claims, assist in crafting complex litigation strategies and, we structure work-outs and settlements. We also work cooperatively with securities, tax counsel and coverage counsel on insurance coverage claims.
